Qingdao Daily / Guanhai News, April 17 - Recently, the signing ceremony for the investment agreement of the Phase II project of Qingdao Taida Huayun New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was held in Dianzhen Town, Pingdu. It is understood that Qingdao Taida Huayun New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. mainly engages in the research, production, and sales of graphite and silicon-carbon composite anode materials for lithium-ion batteries. To continuously expand production capacity, Taida Group officially launched the Phase II project of Taida Huayun New Energy Materials with a total investment of 2 billion yuan, covering an area of 125.3 acres. After reaching production capacity, the Phase II project is expected to achieve an annual output value of 5 billion yuan and generate tax revenue of 500 million yuan.
The project is located in the New Materials Industrial Park of Dianzhen Town. This industrial park has been planned and constructed since 2018, with a total planned area of 2,400 acres. The first phase covers 1,297 acres, and the core area of the industrial park is located west of Sancheng Road in Dianzhen Town, on both sides of Dengei Road, extending west to Changli Village, north to Ziyang River, and south to Shijia Village. The park takes the Taida New Energy Materials project as the leading project, focusing on expanding production capacity around the new energy materials project, aiming for precise investment attraction along the industrial development chain, and actively inviting upstream and downstream partners to settle in.
It is understood that Dianzhen Town is located in the northwest of Pingdu City, in the eastern mountainous area and the western Pingdu Plain, with a total area of 140.5 square kilometers. As a traditional historical commercial port, it has convenient transportation and superior geographical location, close to the urban area of Pingdu, 100 kilometers from Qingdao Airport, adjacent to the Qingxin and Ganglai expressways, and 9 kilometers from the Weilai high-speed railway and Qingping urban rail. The second phase of the Qingping urban rail extension line runs through the entire area.
The infrastructure is complete, making it convenient for enterprises to "move in with their bags." The supporting projects for infrastructure such as park roads, bridges, and sewage treatment plants are progressing in a coordinated manner. High-standard infrastructure construction has been achieved, providing a solid foundation for enterprises settling in the park. There is a pilot program in cooperation with platform companies to build standardized and "customized" factories, ensuring support for the development of small and micro enterprises. The park provides "seven connections and one leveling" supporting services, with complete supporting facilities for water supply, electricity supply, gas supply, and sewage treatment.
