Qingdao TaidaHuayunNew Energy Technology Co., Ltd.was established in 2016 and wholly acquired Lixin(Qingdao) New Energy Materials Co., Ltd. in 2017 as its graphite anode material development and production base. In 2019, HuayunPhase I was officially approved for construction. In 2021, HuayunPhase II was officially approved for construction. The project was also included in Qingdao's "14th Five-Year Plan" new energy development key projects, covering a total area of about 200 mu.
